Nalla is a freelance cinematographer, director and producer since 1987. In a twenty-year career, he has had the opportunity to shoot feature films, documentaries, news, corporate films, and TV shows. He has worked with industry-leading networks including BBC, Channel 4, Discovery International, and National Geographic.
His passion for the Royal Bengal Tiger translated into iconic international documentaries including Tiger Queen and Tiger Dynasty. 5-time National Film Award winner.

Anvita started her career as Producer at the Development & Educational Communication Unit (DECU) of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Ahmedabad. She travelled across India shooting films on social and cultural issues.
Currently Business Head for the company, she leads Grey’s operations, research, and international development division. Holding a Masters in Development Communication, Anvita is pivotal to Grey’s educational programming and global promotions.

Varun is a freelance filmmaker, cinematographer & photographer based in India. He is a Direction Graduate from FTIT Chennai and completed cinematography specialization from the Mindscreen Film Institute, Chennai.
He brings a fresh contemporary perspective to independent documentaries, commercials, and digital media production.
